Chest: Measure around the fullest part of your chest with your arms resting naturally at your sides, ensuring the measuring tape remains flat and horizontal.

Natural Waist: Find your natural waistline by measuring between your ribcage and hips.

Bottom Waist: Measure the waistline at the upper curve, just above your hip bone and where your jeans typically rest.

Hips: Measure around the widest part of your hips with your feet together.

Inseam: Measure the inside length of your leg down to the bottom of your ankle.

this workout top is a great basic item to have on hand. i love how lightweight it is - it's definitely comfortable to sweat and move in. it fits true to size and i love the slim fit feel. it's very flattering and versatile to style with different bottoms. i think the quality is pretty good as well. i would recommend this
