Return Policy

At AARYA, we are committed to providing you with the highest quality products and a satisfying shopping experience. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can apply for a return according to the following policy:

1. Conditions for Returns

Unopened and Unused Items:
You can apply for a return within 30 days of receiving the item. The product must be in its original packaging and unused. Return shipping costs will be covered by us.

Opened but Unused Items:
You can apply for a return within 30 days of receiving the item. The product must be in its original packaging and show no signs of use. Return shipping costs will be covered by us.

Used Items:

  • Light Use (used for no more than 7 days with no obvious signs of wear):
    You can apply for a return within 30 days of receiving the item. Return shipping costs will be your responsibility, and 20% of the original price will be deducted as a repackaging and handling fee.

  • Moderate Use (used for more than 7 days but no more than 14 days, with minor signs of wear):
    You can apply for a return within 30 days of receiving the item. Return shipping costs will be your responsibility, and 40% of the original price will be deducted as a repackaging and handling fee.

  • Heavy Use (used for more than 14 days or with obvious signs of wear):
    We do not accept returns for heavily used items. Thank you for your understanding.

2. Return Process

  • Apply for Return:
    Please apply for a return within 30 days of receiving the item by contacting our customer service team at support@aaryafit.com. Provide your order number, reason for return, and photos of the item.

  • Return Approval:
    We will review your return request within 1-2 business days and notify you of the result and further return steps via email.

  • Return Shipment:
    If your return request is approved, please send the item to the designated return address provided. Ensure the item is securely packaged and include your order number and reason for return in the package.

  • Return Processing:
    Once we receive the returned item, we will process the return within 5 business days and issue a refund to your original payment method. Refund processing times may vary depending on the payment method. Please be patient.

3. Additional Information

  • Special offers, custom items, and gift cards are not eligible for return.
  • If the item has a quality issue or does not match the description, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item for a free replacement or full refund.
